“From the onset, Fawne Hayes was the best! Fawne listed our home appropriately; her appraisal of our home was very accurate and her listing, including the photos and descriptions, was awesome. Throughout the listing and sale of our home, Fawne continually kept us appraised about similar sales, price adjustments and short term improvements that could assist us with the sale of our home. We had become frustrated with the length of the listing due to the market, economy and difficulty with obtaining homeowner’s insurance. Fawne was always positive, upbeat and confident about an upcoming sale.
