Black Bart

Black Bart is a neighborhood that is somewhat tucked away, and is practically surrounded by meadow on all four sides. A short walk to Lake Tahoe Community College and Trout Creek, with beautiful views of the mountains, this is a quiet neighborhood with many newer homes.  The only downside to the neighborhood is that it backs up to the Public Utilities District. Though when you talk to the residents you will find that it doesn’t affect the quality of life.
