Y area

The ‘Y’ area is the neighborhood located before the main intersection of Highway 50 just past the South Lake Tahoe airport. This neighborhood is a good for someone looking to be in a convenient easily accessible neighborhood walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, bike paths and restaurants. This neighborhood allows for a first time home buyer or investor buyer to purchase a home in an area that boasts convenience and close proximity to bike trails leading to Lake Tahoe beaches and Camp Richardson Resort.  The beaches include Baldwin Beach, Kiva, Fallen Leaf Lake, and Pope Beach with miles of forest service land as well.  This area should not be overlooked.
