At first I was concerned when “handed off” to Fawne by another agent in her office. She seemed too young to have the knowledge and experience we needed to find, and negotiate a deal. Boy was I wrong. Right from the start she took command and had houses for us to view each week when we came up. She knew the area and the market and navigated both well. She is very informed of the local business and had excellent references for inspections. I was impressed. She didn’t waste our time with houses that didn’t fit our criteria. She is good humored and fun but serious about matching client and house. Fawne demonstrated excellent negotiating skills and wasn’t afraid to present our low ball offers. She stayed in touch every step of the way. We will use her again and recomend to anyone who needs an agent in South Lake. Thanks, Fawne, it was a great experience.
