In 2015, Fawne helped me select the perfect ski condo near Heavenly’s Boulder Lodge. Fawne is extremely attentive to listening to your property requirements and needs and was able to show me multiple properties that fit my criteria and budget. Her negotiating skills are excellent and she is able to work effectively with other agents, mortgage lenders, home inspectors, etc. Although I know many realtors in the South Lake Tahoe area, my purchase transaction went so smoothly that when it came time to sell there was really only one person that I wanted to list with. I had total confidence in Fawne. Her CMA was prompt and inline with what I thought it would be. She effectively marketed the property and was able to sell the property quickly, in less time that I though it would take at a price that was well within my expectations.
