Fawne is the absolute best and as far as I know, there is not a close 2nd. You never know how important it is to have someone who knows the ropes until you encounter trouble… She helped us through an extremely difficult sale and I never felt like it was that bad because she knew what to do, had the resources and contacts we needed, and worked VERY hard to make sure that we never had to worry.
